Gayle and Stephane Colinet opened Turtle Cove Bar & Grille in December of 2014.  Prior to opening Turtle Cove they worked together at Café Escadrille in Burlington where Stephane was GM and Wine Director and Gayle handled the marketing for the restaurant and function facility.  They also worked together on the “Wine & Dine Me” segment on NECN’s TV Diner with Billy Costa and Jenny Johnson.

Paris-born Stephane has worked in several 5-star restaurants from around the globe before landing in Los Angeles where he spent more than a decade catering to LA’s elite clientele.  It was when he met his wife, Gayle, and had their daughter that they decided to head back to the east coast.

Living within a mile of the ocean for most of their lives has inspired their Coastal Cuisine concept.  They bring in the best and freshest seafood daily to create their raw bar, seared fishes and creative crudos.  They source their meat and produce as locally as possible for that local/coastal flavor.
